We no longer offer a customised product service, however we continue to provide this feature for a select number of long standing trade customers. We are unable to take on any new requests for this service and it will be unavailable for the forseeable future.

Payment Policy:
-Upon making and completing your purchase at the checkout, your order will be processed once payment or approval has cleared via your chosen payment method
-If using one of the "Buy now, Pay later" or "Pay in instalment" options, you are agreeing to opening a line of credit with the relevant provider. Your payments will be made to and handled by the provider and any refunds requested will be handled and approved by them. Failure to complete your payments to the provider may result in you being banned from using their services again. Long term avoidance of payments may result in the provider passing on the debt to a loan collector which may eventually impact your credit score.
