Deliveries to the EU:

Following the UK'S departure from the European Union on the 1st January 2021, there will now be significant changes to the way orders going into the EU from the UK are handled. When placing an order please be aware of the following new terms and conditions:

  • Increased Shipping Costs: Due to the new customs rules and regulations, most couriers will have imposed increased shipping fees to cover the additional expenses they face when processing your parcels. As of the 15th July 2021, orders will be limited to a maximum of 2kg per order until further notice. This is due to the new IOSS policy that was introduced on the 1st July 2021.

  • Transit Times: There may be a small increase in transit times across all destinations. These are ESTIMATES only and we are not responsible for any delays that may occur at customs check and border control. Transit times can take anywhere between 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch depending on your location and assuming that parcels are cleared through customs without any delay.

  • Customs fees and duty tax: your orders may now be subjected to added customs fees and duty tax when it reaches your country of destination. You, the customer are responsible for paying these to ensure your delivery is completed. These are non refundable and we can not compensate you for these additional charges. If your order is returned to us as result of unpaid duty taxes and customs fees, return export fees and any other charges accrued as a result, will be deducted from the total of any refund you may be entitled to. Please see our Refunds Policy for more details.
