Terms and Conditions
1). Payment and Membership:
-This is a rolling plan which automatically renews annually, unless cancelled before the next payment is taken. Memberships can be cancelled through your online account.
-Membership benefits include a continuous discount on selected items and a fixed amount welcome credit for new customers.
-The welcome credit is applicable to new memberships only and not valid on renewals or any previous membership that ended or was cancelled 12 months ago or less.
2). Cancellations and Refunds:
-You can cancel your membership anytime prior to your next annual payment. Please note that cancelling your membership may result in your VIP access being terminated immediately. Please ensure you cancel closer to the next payment date if you still wish access to the VIP shop for the duration that your membership is valid.
-Memberships are non refundable once any exclusive items have been purchased from the VIP shop and/or any members-only benefits such as discounts and welcome credit have been used. if you wish to cancel your membership after a purchase has been made and you want your members fee refunded, any outstanding orders will be cancelled as well.
