Black Friday 2023
(and Cyber Monday)
Our Black Friday Deals will run from:
Sunday 19 November-Friday 24 November 2023.
(Cyber Monday 26-27 November 2023)
Anything ordered on and between these dates will be considered Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders. We anticipate a much higher demand than usual and we will be handling orders placed over this period a little differently.

Order Turnaround times and Processing:
Items displayed are available on a semi made-to-order basis. This means that not everything showing online is available for immediate dispatch and therefore our order processing time will take a little longer than usual.*

Our order processing time period will start at the END of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales period.

If you have not received a dispatch notification by 11th December 2023, please get in touch for an update on your order.

Recently placed orders:
We understand that a lot of you want to save on shipping costs, but in order to keep things running as smoothly as possible and to avoid errors and delays, we will not be able to combine Black Friday orders with orders that were placed before or after the Black Friday period. We will not be able to make adjustments to orders placed before Black Friday, to accommodate or replace additional items with the Black Friday deals.

Multiple Black Friday Orders and stock availability:
We anticipate that stock will be moving much faster than usual over this period. If you want to add items to a Black Friday order that was previously out of stock, please place another order seperately rather than emailing us and asking us to add these items in. We can combine multiple orders from the Black Friday period into one shipment if necessary, however please note that this may delay your order. The difference in postage cost will be refunded back to you.
